Voluntary Media Consent - Volunteer Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver (BBGV) and Big Brothers Big Sisters Canada may use any photographs, audio/video recordings, stories, and/or quotes of or about me for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: brochures, posters, newsletters, media information, advertisements, audio/visual productions and digital media. These may also be shared with community and school partners for program promotion. BBGV may use these materials for the duration of my participation in BBGV programs and after my involvement has ended. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the organization.(Required) I give consent to the above, and I understand that I can contact BBGV if I have any concerns about such images being used I do NOT give consent to the above, but understand that BBGV may occasionally share images taken at BBGV programs or events (e.g. annual barbecue, group mentoring programs). In such cases, BBGV aims to only use images in which the individuals cannot be identified (e.g. faces may be blurred, photo may be taken at a distance).
