We will not collect, use or disclose the information until we have obtained written consent to do so from that individual. The personnel files and records of past and current clients are the exclusive property of BBGV and are accessible only to the members of the Agency’s professional staff, as authorized by the Executive Director, and to other Agency staff authorized by him/her for record keeping, evaluation and research purposes.
