Back to School Cleaning Made Easier with Attended Clothing Donation Stations

Donating clothes to charities like Big Brothers, helps support mentoring programs and ensure children are matched with caring adult role models.Fall is just around the corner and it is almost time to go back to school! For many people the change in season means it’s time to clean out those closets!

A new conveniently situated clothing donation station, located at Superstore just off of Grandview (3185 Grandview highway), makes dropping off clothing donations easier and more convenient than ever. There is also a station in Surrey beside Payless Shoes (120 street and 73 avenue).

A friendly attendant is present at both stations and provides onsite assistance 7 days a week. The site operators are on-location:

Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm
Saturdays are 10:00am to 6:00pm
Sundays are 11:00am to 5:00pm

“We are very excited with the positive response and feedback we’ve received in regards to the attended donation station service.” expresses Slav Gudelj, the General Manager of Big Brothers Clothing Donation.

Big Brothers Clothing Donation collects reusable clothing and household items (no furniture). 100% of the funds received for donated clothing goes directly to benefit Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver’s mentoring programs for local children.
