Attended Clothing Donation Station Makes Donating Clothes Convenient

Donating clothes to charities like Big Brothers Big Sisters, help support mentoring programs and ensure children are matched with caring adult role models. With the recent launch of an attended clothing donation station, located just off Langley By-Pass and 200th, dropping off clothing donations to a bin is now easier and more convenient than ever.

A friendly attendant is present at the station and provides onsite assistance 7 days a week. The site operators ares on-location Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm, Saturdays are 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sundays are 11:00am to 5:00pm.

“We are excited to offer this service, with the support of Value Village, to help collect donations, which help fund programs for local children,” expresses Slav Gudelj, the General Manager of Big Brothers Clothing Donation.

Big Brothers Clothing Donation collects reusable clothing and household items (no furniture) for resale, the profit from which is shared with Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver and Big Brothers Big Sisters Langley. While best known for home pick-up, Big Brothers Clothing Donation has also placed numerous drop-off bins all over the Lower Mainland. 100% of the funds received for donated clothing goes directly to benefit the charities.
