SCHEDULINGOur friendly staff will arrange a date for your items to be picked up directly from your home. Our trucks typically make rounds in each area every six weeks. If our schedule doesn't work for you, we will do our best to accommodate you.
WHERE TO LEAVE YOUR DONATIONMark your boxes or bags with "BB" or "Big Brothers" so we know what to pick-up and what to leave behind. Then, simply leave your donations either at your front door or at the end of your driveway. If your home requires specific instructions, merely relay these to the customer service representative who books your pick-up.
